Accrediation

The National Accreditation Board for Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Education (BAN-PDM)
The National Accreditation Board for Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Education (BAN-PDM) is an independent and professional body that conducts assessments of early childhood education units, elementary education units, secondary education units, and equivalent education programs. This is stipulated in Ministerial Regulation Number 38 of 2023.
Accreditation by BAN-PDM is crucial as a form of accountability for educational units as institutions that provide empowering and enlightening educational services. This provides confidence to the community, students, and related parties that educational units are capable of providing the best education.
The substantive and essential accreditation process by BAN-PDM seeks to capture education from four aspects: the performance of educators as managers of student-centered learning processes, the leadership of the educational unit principal in managing the educational unit, the learning environment climate, and the competency of learning outcomes of graduates and/or students.
